Privacy of Personal Data: for the completion of a purchase, certain personal data are required that must be completed, truthfully and accurately, by the User, who assumes the sole responsibility of entering them correctly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document establishes the terms and conditions (T&C) that will govern the access and use of the website (Site) of Bodega Cerro del Toro SA (BCDT).

The Site offers products for sale to the final consumer, which may be purchased by the customer (hereinafter, User) when activating the purchase procedure. The use of the Site implies the irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the User of all the T&C established in the present, with obligatory and binding character, reserving BCDT the power of interpretation in case of doubt or discrepancy.
The Site reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, communicating it by simply posting on the Site.
The User acknowledges and accepts in advance that the information provided in the Site's publications is clear, truthful and sufficient.
The use of the contents of the Site for illicit and/or contrary to moral activities is expressly prohibited. The User undertakes to keep BCDT harmless from any judicial, extrajudicial or administrative claim that may be presented by any third party for the improper use of the Site by the User and/or for the activity that the User develops.
Content of the Site: the texts, images and all other content of the Site are subject to and protected by the laws of copyright and trademarks in force in the RO of Uruguay.
The use, reproduction and dissemination of the content of the Site for use in any other medium and for any purpose is expressly prohibited, unless expressly authorized.
Purchase Conditions: the price of the products will be expressed in Uruguayan pesos with taxes included, and will include shipping costs when applicable. With the purchase procedure, the User will be accepting the specific conditions of the product as well as the payment procedure, giving consent to the operation and perfecting their willingness to purchase. Said purchase procedure will be subject to the availability of stock as well as the verification of the User's data and confirmation of the corresponding payment. Any discrepancy will be communicated by email.
Means of Payment: the products offered on the Site can only be paid with the means enabled by Mercado Pago. It is expressly established, and thus recognized by the User, that BCDT is unrelated to the contractual relationship of the latter with the issuer of the payment card used as a means of payment and that, consequently, the Site is exempt from any responsibility. regarding said contractual relationship.
Deliveries: the delivery will be made to the address provided by the User, the correct provision of information being their sole responsibility.
Exchanges and Returns: under Law No. 17,250 on Consumer Protection and its Regulatory Decree No. 244/000, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 5 business days from the formalization of the same. For these purposes, you must communicate your wishes by sending an email to info@cerrodeltoro.uy
If you wish to change or return a product, it will be accepted within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise by the User. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, except for the changes suffered by the revision of the product. After this period, returns attributable to product defects will only be accepted and within a period not exceeding 15 business days from receipt. For these purposes, you must communicate your will by sending an email to info@cerrodeltoro.uy
The refund of the money will be according to the payment method used.
Protection of minors: the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited. By accessing the Site, the User accepts the T&C and declares to be of legal age.
Without prejudice to other measures, the site reserves the right to disable any transaction in compliance with current reference regulations.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Legislation: It is expressly established that these T&C are governed, in all their aspects, by the legal regulations in force in the RO of Uruguay. Any dispute arising from this document, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance will be submitted to the competent Courts of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
