Pinot Noir Reserve 2021
Typical Pinot Noir, made with grapes from selected clones that mature in the coldest part of the vineyard.
It was made with maceration at a controlled temperature, to preserve the fruity expression of the variety, and half of the wine was aged for a year in long-drying, lightly toasted French oak barrels.
