ATLANTIC LINE
\
PINOT
ROSE 2022.
\
Rosé with a white soul, with a delicate and refreshing expression, made with a mixture of Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio grapes harvested on the same day at their exact point of ripeness to convey a true Atlantic character.
Aromas of fresh red fruit and citrus dominate, and on the palate its exquisite natural acidity stands out.
\
WINEMAKING.
\
The grapes were harvested at night on February 5, 2021, from squares SUR 11 and SUR 1, located on the northeast slope of Cerro del Toro. The plants grow on a soil with a loamy texture, with the presence of syenite and metamorphic rocks.
Once the fruit entered the cellar, the clusters of the two varieties were destemmed and pressed at the same time until the desired color was obtained. At low temperature, the cleaning of the must quickly began before the start of alcoholic fermentation, which was activated with selected yeasts and advanced to 16°C, without the use of oak.
The wine was bottled at the end of May 2021.
